We are a family owned and run window, door and conservatory installation company.

Formerly offering a carpentry service in conjunction with the window business, the company is built on solid foundations, where attention to detail is so important. Maybe because of this, R&M only supply and install the very best uPVC and Aluminium frames available. R&M have been working to this philosophy, installing in the Bracknell and surrounding areas since being established in 1987.

At R&M Windows and Conservatories, much of our work comes from customer recommendations or repeat customers. This is something we are extremely proud of as it reflects our attention to detail and customer satisfaction from sales, installation and the post installation services we offer.

Unlike many home improvement companies, we do not believe in pressure sales, whether by door or telephone canvassing, instead we will wait for you to contact us with your requirements. Only then will our team go into action.

Quotation

We will spend time discussing the various options available to you in line with your requirements and the suitability of certain products to fit the style and design of your home. This could be a like for like replacement or something new and a little different! Once we have a good understanding of your requirements, we will then provide you with a detailed quotation. This will include each product drawn to scale along with the product specifications and detail. You will also receive a clear contract price and payment schedule for total transparency. All our quotations are completely free!

Survey

When your order is placed, we will ensure that your property is fully surveyed. This is so that we can take precise measurements ensuring that the products installed are a perfect fit to the brick openings. This helps to prevent issues with installation and improve the finish and longevity of the products we fit for you. Our survey team are fully qualified to complete this work to the highest standard.

Installation

We take great pride in the work we do and ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard. Our team are experienced and fully trained. We ensure each member of the installations team holds a valid MTC (Minimum Technical Competence) card which are renewed every 3 years. You will always find a MTC compliant installer on any of the jobs we complete. Lead times for installations vary depending on the products ordered and the complexity of the works to be completed. Therefore, please check with the team at R&M for an expected delivery and installation date.

Guarantee

All of our installations of windows, doors and conservatories come with a full 10-year guarantee. This means that after installation, any issues you may have related to the manufacture or installation of our windows, doors or conservatories, will be repaired or replaced. All you have to do is give us a call and we’ll schedule our engineer to rectify any issues and ensure you remain happy with the installation and service you’ve received from R&M.
