The Role:
· Make sales appointments with customers to secure new orders.
· Design quotes and sell our ranges of PVCu and Aluminium windows, doors, sliding patio doors as well as Composite doors based on the customers’ needs and requirements.
· Demonstrate the full potential of the service or product that the company offers, to customers.
· Work face to face with R&M’s customers in their own homes and in our showroom as well as by e-mail and phone.
· Maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
· Prepare sales documents such as contracts, agreements and reports according to the company’s standards.
· Work with multiple stakeholders such as customers, builders and our suppliers.
· Make recommendations to the management on the areas of sales that need adjustments.
· Work alongside R&M Windows and Conservatories’ values of no cold calling or pressure selling.
You will be:
· Excellent in communication both written and verbal
· Experience working on industry manufacturing software.
· Confident using Microsoft products such as Word and Excel.
· Able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
· Confident, friendly and professional.
· Customer focused and highly motivated.
· Be happy with dealing with people at all levels of the workplace.
· Have a flexible approach towards your work.
Requirements:
Full valid UK driving licence.
Experience working in sales withing the double-glazing industry but not essential.
Be able to commute to Bracknell and the surrounding areas.
